Yes. The following items should not be stored in your facility:
- Gas powered vehicles of any kind including but not limited to boats, ATV, motorcycles, etc
- Animals
- Illegal drugs
- Jimmy Hoffa
Your lease is considered month to month and can be terminated at any time. We do not prorate the final month. Our site manager will need notification of terming out and a final walk-thru will be conducted to receive your security deposit. You may pay up to a year in advance if you would like.
Photo ID, Security Deposit, $5 Lock Rental Fee (if necessary), and first months full rent.
During your lease signing you will be given a personal access code for the drive thru door. You will be able to use this code at anytime to enter the building. Lease signing is only completed during normal office hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and must be completed prior to move-in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check and Cash.
Yes. At lease signing or anytime you decide, we can either withdraw payments from your bank account through ACH or autopay monthly via credit card.
No. It is up to you to remember to pay your rent on the 1st of every month per the lease agreement.
Our video security monitoring and personal keypad access work around the clock to secure your valuables.
No. As with most storage facilities our insurance only covers our building. It is up to you to secure Renters Insurance on your belongings.
Our goal is to keep the facility between 55°-85° fahrenheit.
Yes! If you rent 2 or more units with us you will receive a 10% discount! Please note, if at anytime you cancel your additional units standard rates will apply.
